If you wish to stop Pledgsta from accessing your Facebook or Instagram data, there are 2 options :
Option a. Through your Pledgsta Profile Settings.
Step 1. Go to your Profile Settings.
Step 2. Scroll to Scheduled Posting.
Step 3. Find the disconnect social media button and click.
Step 4. Pick either Facebook or Instagram and click.
Option b. Through your Facebook/Instagram Settings.
Step 1. Go to your Facebook/Instagram Settings & Privacy.
Step 2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
Step 3. Find Pledgsta and click Remove.
To delete any data we have already stored :
a. Manual Deletion : Navigate to your 'Scheduled Posts Dashboard' and delete the relevant scheduled post records instantly.
b. Direct Request : Please email support@pledgsta.com with your account details. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
